Real Professional, Thanks Ani!

I’m struggling with neck pain for years. During the last couple of years I visited numerous masseurs and therapists. Usually, it was only instant relief. A friend of mine recommends me Trinity Chiropractic. He is Jiu-Jitsu fighter and needs good therapy after his injuries and back problems. I went to Ani Polonijo, a therapist. First, she made an examination, asked me a lot of questions about my health issue and then told me what are the main concerns. Then she started with massage. She is a real professional, very dedicated and knows her job. As my neck is stiff and painful, she started slowly, but very soon she finds spots on it that were very painful and almost instantly I heard some sound of stretching and mobility of my neck was better. She treated my whole back and spots on the head as well.

At some moment it was almost unbearable. BUT – I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Even she told that I will have pain after the treatment, now two days later, I don’t feel pain, I have never felt better since my problem started. Of course, the problem is not solved yet and I should go again to treatment. My only concern is that she is booked almost the months ahead and I don’t know how to book an appointment again regarding my job and her occupancy. She gave me some exercises to do everyday which can help in the meantime. And yes… as my problem caused inflammations in the upper part of the body, she was aware of how painful it is and went to the tolerable pain. But, as she said, she was working only with half-strength she usually do. I also discovered some new muscle in my body which is small but very important in the neck – hand functioning, and I am instructed how to treat it myself to help my shoulder got in the same level again (there is imbalance now). Anyway, I can highly recommend this place and this therapist. I can’t wait to come again despite the bit of rough treatment. Because I can finally sleep better and feel a huge improvement. Sorry for the long text, but they really deserve the best review. Ani, thanks again.

Very Comfortable and Relaxing

I Can’t Speak Highly Enough

I’ve been attending this practice for over two years, working with Deborah, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience here. I’ve always had neck and back trouble and was seen by some of the top chiropractors in NYC for years before I moved to Dublin, but they simply don’t compare. Deborah is a trained Kinesiologist, who finds the source of your pain and my therapy sessions with her have progressed so much so that I’m now simply working with her to maintain the good work she’s done. The staff is also warm and welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Improved range of movement

A week ago last Friday I had an appointment with Ani, the Massage Therapist. Have studied massage in numerous countries including whilst working in China for four years. Came to the clinic barely able to walk after successfully climbing Crough Patrick mountain in difficult weather conditions. The therapist very professionally evaluated my problems and systematically focused, using her anatomical knowledge and very professional techniques to help improve range of movement.

Now I am walking fine again and without a stick as my balance is restored. It was first class and really superb job performed! Yes, from my contact with reception through exit to the clinic I was really impressed and look forward to a return visit.
